Christmas is a festive time of year, and I enjoy it very much. I don't have anything special planned. I like to bake holiday treats, mostly cookies and quick breads like pumpkin bread and banana nut bread. One of these years I will get ambitious and build a gingerbread house. Knowing me and my lack of talent, I'll end up with a gingerbread tenement. LOL Or I'd end up with a graham cracker double wide like this one:

Here are a few gingerbread houses that really impressed me. I especially like the Weasley house in gingerbread:

And finally, the cutest things I've ever seen - ninjabread men! The thing is, if they were really ninjabread men, you wouldn't be able to see them. :)

So there you have it. Some people get really ambitious when it comes to gingerbread houses. Me? I just like to eat the stuff.
